    Used exclusively for voice questions in the Jyoti AI feature. When you speak a question, audio is streamed directly to the AI for real-time processing and is never stored on our servers. We do not retain, record, or transmit your audio to any third party.

  • To process voice queries in the Jyoti AI feature in real-time (audio not retained).
  • To send transactional emails such as report confirmations and credit receipts.
  • To maintain your report history and credits balance in your dashboard.
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Mobile App Permissions

The Numerology Genie mobile app requests the following device permissions:

    Required only for the Jyoti AI voice consultation feature. The app will prompt for permission the first time you use this feature. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings without affecting other app functionality.

    Used to deliver your Daily Horoscope, Purnima and Amavasya alerts, and Indian festival reminders. You can opt out of notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

We do not request access to your camera, contacts, location, storage, or any other device resource. We only ask for what we actually need.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We implement industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

Payment processing is handled entirely by CashFree Payments. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit/debit card details at any point. All payment data is handled directly by CashFree's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Your generated reports are stored in your account dashboard indefinitely so you can access them at any time. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Numerology Genie. Each is used only for its stated purpose:

  • OpenAI (GPT-4o) — processes your name and date of birth to generate your numerology report. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • CashFree Payments — processes all credit purchases securely. We share only the minimum information required to complete your transaction.
  • Fast2SMS — used to send OTP verification messages to your mobile number during login.
  • Google Analytics (website only) — used to understand how visitors use our website in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is shared.

We do not use advertising networks, ad tracking pixels, or data brokers. There are no ads on Numerology Genie.
