Our Refund Philosophy

At Numerology Genie Pro, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated numerology reports and strive to deliver genuine value with every credit you spend. We have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and straightforward — rewarding honest issues while protecting against misuse.

Because our core product — the AI-generated numerology report — is a digital service that is consumed at the moment of delivery, we follow the standard digital goods policy: credits spent on successfully delivered reports are generally non-refundable. However, we always look after our customers when something genuinely goes wrong on our end.

When Refunds Are & Are Not Available
✅ Eligible for Refund

Credits were deducted but no report was generated due to a technical error on our platform.

Payment was processed successfully but credits were never added to your wallet.

You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a system error.

Your account was closed by us without cause and you have unused credits remaining.

Report generated but was entirely blank or corrupted (verifiable on our end).
⛔ Not Eligible for Refund

You simply did not like the content or interpretation of your report.

You entered incorrect details (wrong name, wrong DOB) before generating.

You changed your mind after the report was successfully generated.

Credits used for AI Chat sessions (5 questions per credit).

Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Numerology is a spiritual and interpretive art. Reports that feel “inaccurate” or “not resonating” are a matter of personal interpretation and do not constitute grounds for a refund. We encourage you to read a sample report before purchasing to understand the style and depth of our AI-generated content.

Unused Credits

Credits purchased but not yet spent remain in your wallet indefinitely — they do not expire. If you decide you no longer wish to use the platform and have unused credits, you may submit a refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Refunds for unused credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion, particularly for first-time customers or exceptional circumstances.

Technical Failures & Automatic Credit Restoration

Our platform is built to automatically handle the most common technical failure scenario: if your report generation fails due to a server error, API timeout, or AI service outage, our system will automatically attempt to restore your credit within a few minutes.


If your credit was deducted and the report did not generate successfully, check your wallet balance after 10 minutes — in most cases the credit will have been automatically restored. If not, contact us with your transaction details.

If automatic restoration does not occur within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your account email and the approximate time of the failed generation. We will manually restore your credit within 24 working hours.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@numerologygenie.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name]”

Include your registered email address, the Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email), and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Day 1
You submit your refund request via email with all required details.
Day 1–2
Our support team acknowledges receipt and begins reviewing your case.
Day 3–5
We notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund is initiated with Razorpay.
Day 5–12
Refund appears in your bank account or card statement (bank processing time varies).

Subscription & Auto-Renewal (if applicable)

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no partial refund is provided for the remaining days of your current period.

If you believe you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge with your Razorpay subscription ID, and we will investigate promptly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to dispute it with documented evidence of service delivery. Accounts under active chargeback dispute will be suspended until the matter is resolved. Resolved chargebacks in our favour may result in permanent account termination.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you believe you have a valid claim under applicable consumer protection legislation, we encourage you to contact us first.

For unresolved disputes, you may also seek resolution through the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the Online Consumer Mediation Centre.
